Do I still need to be careful?

I am exactly 7 weeks post op today, 1600 grafts via strip. This will be the first weekend I plan on doing outdoor activities, such as golf and fishing. How careful do I still need to be, such as sweating and running around. The weather is suppose to be around 70, so i will be sweating alot and swinging the golf clubs may cause my hat to move around on my head.

There should be no problem. Just make sure that you keep your scalp out of the sun.
