Just want to make sure from everything I've read and researched.
You should stop applying Rogaine 2 weeks prior to FUE surgery.
You should continue Rogaine 2 weeks after the surgery to help with growth of new follicles for at least a year.
Post surgery:
Try to keep your scalp away from the sun for at least 3 months.
No gym for about 2/3 weeks
No saunas for 3 months
Ugly Duckling Stage around months 3/4
New growth stage around months 4/5
