2400 graft FUE, 6 months, can I expect further improvement?

    Hi,
I’m 6 months post surgery on a 2400 graft surgery, 200 each side on the front and 2000 at the back.
I know it can take up to 18 months to see full results and the crown can take longer than the hairline but do you think the back of the head will fill in or thicken further?

If this is going to be close to the final result then I’d want to get further work done at the back as I don’t really think it’s fixed the problem anywhere near as much as I would’ve liked, It’s basically still a bald patch.

Finally, will it be possible to implant more grafts in the crown around the already transplanted hair?

    Many thanks in advance

Between 2-4 months after the transplant, new hair from the transplanted follicles should start coming out. After 5-9 months, depending on the patient, you should see a considerable amount of hair emerging from the crown. After about 12 months (1 year), most of the hairs implanted in your crown will have emerged from the scalp.
