Post Op- Vitamin B?

Vit C

I was told or inform to take vitamin B as part of the recovery stage post operation. Technically I didn't really do that. I'm not exactly sure what the benefit of taking vitamin B is for hair loss or hair recovery. Heck of I'm even sure what vitamin B am I suppose to take other than just vitamin B.

Was anyone inform of something similar like this? To take vitamin B?
