minoxidil on pimple scalp safe??

I been searching for this simple question but couldn't find a straight answer. I'm at my first month after my HT, I just noticed a pimple on my recipient area yesterday and it started to bleed after shower. My questions; is it normal for pimple to bleed that easily and is safe to continue to spray 5% rogaine? Any input is appreciated.

You prob gonna ask that I scatched or picked at the pimple during shower. no, I did not because I was awared it's there and was very gentle...beside I been taking light shower since after two weeks post op
