Am I a good candidate for a hair transplantation

    Hey there,

I just need some opinions wether I am a good candidate or not for a hair transplantation.

So I am almost 33 years old and my hair loss started in my age of 22 years. I got a date for a hair transplantation (FUT with 4500 Grafts) to cover my head. I read a lot that NW6 cases are not good candidates, so I am bit stressed that the end outcome might be not what I am hoping for.

Also some pictures of my current hair state.. I guess it is NW5?

    Kind regards,

from what I can see, your donor area is relatively thick, so yes you should be a good candidate.

Are you on, or have you tried any medication to stabilise your loss?

I am not on finasterid and I am not going to use it. I got too much respect of the sideeffects.. I thought about using it 8 years ago, but I made the decision not to use it..
