Need help! Was I scammed? Does this look like a 4000graft FUT?

I recently got a 4000 graft fut procedure done. I was consulting other surgeons for a following session next year, one of them said it was a job poorly done. Based on your experience what are your thoughts?

Also my surgeon said not all grafts are visible as some sit deep in the skin. Is this true? Really need the opinion of people who have gone through the same process.

What certainly is true is that many of the grafts will have more than 1 hair in, as many follicular units have 2 or 3 hairs in them. So you may get more hairs than there are slits.
At first glance it doesn't look a bad job. I sometimes take the exact numbers quoted with a pinch of salt, like range estimates in Electric Vehicles!
I'd reserve judgement till the results come through.
It's a fact of life that best densities are usually obtained after a second pass, and certainly in the past it wasn't uncommon for people to have 2 or 3 surgeries to obtain the results they wanted. Although I have seen a few cases where very good density has been achieved in one pass.
