Is it worth it for me?

Maro,
Ultimately, only you can decide whether or not it’s worth it to get a hair transplant. The truth is, you have a large area to cover and I’m concerned that you just don’t have the donor area to provide you with enough density and coverage to make it worthwhile. For example, the nape area looks rather thin and you don’t seem to have a plethora of density in the remaining donor area.
What I typically suggest for those with the donor area and that level of hair loss is to focus on restoring a conservative looking hairline with a gradual fade into the mid scalp region with a light covering in the crown so there are no bald spots. In your case however, I’d be concerned that you might just have enough to rebuild the hairline and not a whole lot more. I only work for Dr. Rahal so this is not a surgical evaluation by any means. However, I am a four time hair transplant patient and have worked in the profession for a long time. That said, you might want to do a few professional consults with a couple reputable surgeons to see what they get have to say and what your options are.
Best wishes,
Rahal Hair Transplant
