Yes, I had a hair transplant in Istanbul. It was pretty cheap compared to NY. When you search for "hair transplant turkey", many sites come up, I researched all of them. Last time my wife recommended this site. Pietra Global was very helpful with transportation and accommodation. I suggest you take a look.
