I'm considering a hair transplant, but one of the things that has been holding me off is that that nearly everyone I've talked to seems to have had more than one transplant.
The procedure is very expensive (I'd probably need 2500 grafts FUE and am a NW3ish), and I'm not exceptionally wealthy, so I'm worried that if I get the procedure done a few years later I'll need another surgery.
I'm on finasteride and minoxidil, which I believe has stabilized my hair loss. However, my family has a history of aggressive balding, so I'm sure if I went off the drug I would continue losing hair.
How many people here have been successful in getting a hair transplant and not needing to get another?
Thank you for your insight!
