Transplant in the UK

I am desperately in need of a procedure to thicken my mid range scalp as I am getting very self conscious as it is stopping me going out without a hat or being around anyone with a camera etc. I am sure you know where I coming from. I had a great transplant from Dr Rahal in 2007 and since then I need a top up. I do not want to fly anywhere out of the UK because I just don't want the hassle that will come with it. I know I will be recommended to go to Harley Street, but to be honest, it's expensive with not great results looking at Wayne Rooney. I have heard good things about a clinic in Glasgow but I am out of touch with the latest hair transplant clinics since around 2016 when I had my crown done by the Medikemos clinic (another top surgeon but again, out of the Uk)

I need to get something done soon as my depression, low self esteem gets worse.

Have you consulted a psychologist? It seems to me that you should start with psychological help, with self-acceptance. If you do the procedure that you are talking about, after a while you will again find some kind of flaw.
