To be great, you need experience!
When we talk about extracting grafts the device can be a manual punch handle, a motorized device or whatever… Everything depends on the practitioner using said device (s).
However sophisticated, and therefore very expensive, a device will never replace the surgeon and their team’s experience, skills and abilities.
No machine will fill the gap of a doctor who lacks experience!
It's also true that motorized extraction is capable of extracting many more grafts per day than the fully manual method, with less effort and a transection rate lower than 2.8% as in Dr. Cole’s PCID.
