introduction New HT and a few questions

Hello... i've recently undergone a HT surgery and i have a few questions regarding the post operation care.

Below is my approach and routine now moving forward.

    1. growth serum and shampoo (bought from clinic)
    2. minoxidil 5% (twice a day)
    3. Irestore Laser Helmet (25mins every other day)
    4. Vitamins (many) in particular Biotin and DHT blocker
    5. Dermarolling (.5mm) (twice a week)
    6. PRP treatments (3 sessions over the course of the year)
    7. inversion board therapy (daily use) 5 mins each day (aka hanging upside down, promoting blood flow to scalp)

I am 1 month post op and i consider things to be moving along smoothly... i have completely stopped shedding.. my native hair remains and my scalp appears maybe 20% redness as compared to day 1.

    my questions are as follows.

    1. at what point should i consider doing my first prp session?

    2. at what point should i begin to use the irestore helmet? (my clinic said wait 2 months?) just looking for other opinions

    3. would .5mm dermolling be sufficient 2 or 3 times a week? or should i do 1mm - 1.5mm only once a week or every other week?

    4. at what point can i return to the gym for weight training? i train 4-5 times a week, and generally put a lot of stress on my body, heavy weight lifting, sweating etc... i also would use the sauna as well... should i refrain from sauna?

i have photos i'll post shortly.

    thank you everyone.
