"Luncthime FUE" in Europe

Is anyone aware of any surgeries in Europe that offer "Lunchtime FUE" procedures? There are surgeries that offer 200 grafts for $2000 in the US. I've read that maybe some of the clinics on Harley Street in the UK may offer something similar?
