Congratulation! this is a fantastic result. I am considering a scar repair with Dr. Feriduni myself. May I ask why you didn't graft some fue into the scar? How wide was your scar before the repair and how short can you trim your hair now before it becomes noticeable?
Thank you very much!

Given I was having the scar repaired, if I recall correctly it was relaid to me that it would not be the best time to do it at that moment. Dr Feriduni stated that this would absolutely would be possible thereafter in it is something I intend to do with a potential future procedure.
The scar was very wide and noticeable initially, and was cut incredibly deep. Dr Feriduni was shocked and appalled at how deep he had to cut out the scar tissue, and the new scar is so much better than my previous it is unbelievable. I cut my hair down to 5mm and keep it buzzed short at the moment due to recession at the crown. It is still a little visible when I first cut it short (but not too bad, otherwise I wouldnt cut it too short). As it grows, it is hardly visible at all, particularly as it healed with time. People used to notice and ask about my old scar (assuming it was a cut from an accident/injury), whereas nobody ever asks about it now, which I think is quite telling.
Thank you For Your answer swill, and may i ask one last question?
Has the Outline of the old transplant Faded away?
Big thank you Ford your support
Hi Deak, yes the old outline is long gone, and this was the case very quickly. In my honest opinion, nobody would be able to tell that I have had a previous hairline removed.
Just a quick update guys.* I arrived in Belgium today*and am undergoing my 2nd procedure with Dr Feriduni tomorrow.*
I will update with a new thread shortly once it is done to document my experience and will put a link in this one... excited to get that full head of hair!

Hello everyone,
A short bit about me. I am 34 years old and from the UK and have suffered with hair loss from a very young age. I have naturally thin hair anyway, and noticed in my late teens that my hairline was starting to recede heavily. As a result at 19 (back in 2004) I opted to have a hair transplant with a company in

I am in a similar situation. I had a ht in Turkey, though at a good and very respected doctor. Though, Since I experienced that his beauty ideal is not equal to mine. The ht is only a few weeks old, but I might go for a repair like you, since I am not happy with the hairline, its too low! So i am considering visiting Feruduni also, for FUE treatment or maybe laser.
But let see, I have to wait to see the full result.
I have some questions for you and I hope that you can help me answer them, its mostly about the scars.
You said the scars is not visible (which I can confirm from the photo) is this also true at the summertime where your skin is more tanned?
How many laser treatments did you have and did you have them all at Feriduni/was it possible for you to have some in your homecountry?
Hos long did the process take? I mean, at a regular hair transplant you have your donor area and recipient area seperated, but here it mixes more together.
I am mostly worried about the scars as you can read, since my ht is quite dense and I fear it will look weird if I get it fixed..
