I went in for counsoltation at the Virginia Surgical Center located in Virginia Beach Virginia, the lady who explained the process to me bragged on how great the doctor is Dr. Frederick N Quarles MD she told me to research him but i cant find much I know his main practice is Dermatology. heres his main website http://www.quarlesdermatology.com/

could anyone help me find info on this doctor?

also they told me i would need around 2,300 grafts @ $4,900 or 2,500 @ $5,300 is this a fair price?
