    Dr. Jorge Cortez from Tijuana

    Has anybody worked with Dr. Cortez? He is a member of ISHRS and does the surgery himself and not with technicians.

      Being a member of ISHRS is not considered anything special. Anyone can actually become a member. Whats more important is to see how long the doctor has been a member, how many conferences they attend, how many cases they do in a month, and many pictures and videos of results.           No but i have seen some of their results and considering to go with them. look up HMR or medical hair restoration youll see some of their results. there are a couple of people that post their results on you tube. did you end up going to Dr Cortez?
