Does transplanted hair look bad when grown long?

I'm not talking a NW5 or NW6 getting a hair transplant, but if you are a NW2.5 or NW3 and you get your front rebuilt, is a long or medium hairstyle feasible? Does it start to look thinning and patchy, the longer you grow it out?

    I don't think so.

I feel a lot depends on your overall look-- your features, type of hair you have, a whole lot of factors.

Generally speaking though, if you have thin hair, shorter looks neater and better.

Not at all - and if it doesn't look good, it doesn't necessarily have to do with the hair transplant itself and more likely would have to do with the characteristics of your hair: color, thickness, wavy/straight/fine, etc. Not only that, but everyone has a hair style that most suits them - hair transplant or not - so it really would come down to what works best for you.

I am a patient advocate for Dr. Parsa Mohebi in Los Angeles, CA. My opinions/comments are my own and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Dr. Mohebi and his staff.
