Sun and swimming after a FUE?

    Hello,

I'm now post 4,5 weeks FUE and more or less everything is healed just redness on the recipient. My girlfriend said to me last night, it looks like I have more redness than usual but when I compare it with others on youtube, it's actually pretty good.

My question here is if I can go swimming in a normal lake and if its okay to wear a hat and stay in the sun? I'm a bit paranoid and think despite having a good cap on, the sun get trough or something lol. Should I just avoid the sun in general or is it okay to be out in the sun with a hat?

    Appreciate you guys!

    Jason

    Hey man,

You can swim no worries just don't let head get exposed to prolonged periods of direct sunlight for a few months.

At 4,5 weeks some very light swimming, and light suntanning should be no problem.
Disclaimer: I am not an expert, but I researched this for my own need the last few days. I had my hair transplant 5 days ago .
