I got out of a 2 day HT procedure with total of 2633 grafts. Here is day one pictures after the procedure. Let know what you think...

Congrats man! The work looks clean. In a lot of ways, the easy part is over and the hard part is just beginning - which is to be patient as you wait for your results to come in. The earliest you'll see any significant growth is at 4 months, but I would mentally prepare for longer if I were you just for your own peace of mind. Be prepared for the grafts to fall out and for it to look much worse before it even starts to look better, and you'll be golden. Follow your doctor's post-op care advice very closely and hopefully you'll be posting with some very good news within a year.

Thank you for your comment and insights! I going to do my first wash at home today. I'm aware that it is going to take several months to a year until I see the real results of Ht. Currently, my face and eye bags are swollen a little. I look like an alien but the doctor said it was normal and gave me a medicine for it. Anyways, I cant wait to see the results

Great Man the work is quite professional and look clean and clear. Just follow the medicines and prescriptions and stay away from alcohol for 2 weeks atleast.
You are just a step behind to falunt your new hair style.

Looks like a great result! How aggressive is your hairloss and do you have any pictures of your hair prior to the transplant?
