    Smalle hair transplant

I really wish i can fill my bald temples. It makes my hairline terrible. Its stable for many years now. Im 31 y/o btw.

My hair is tick and has good density see pics. Do you guys think hair transplant will blend in well with existing hair..? And how many grafts per cm2 will i need in order to blend in well with existing hair? And how many grafts? I really appreciate your advice!!

See my pics attached. In one of thema did draw a line for New hairline.

    Thx!

If the temples are a concern for you, you definitely seem like a good candidate for a hair transplant. And with a top surgeon I think it would be a fairly simple and straightforward procedure. I did the entire hairline with 2,000 grafts, so you would need considerably less than that.

If you want to move forward, I would start looking at a list of the IAHRS recommended surgeons and narrowing down your choices from there. You can meet with them to get a complete evaluation to determine how good of a candidate you are and what they think your best plan of attack would be.

    Good luck!

      Thanks for sharing your throughts

Yes I think somewhere around 500 grafts will allready be quite satisfying. Not sure about the density though, I think it should be very high (> 50 gfts per cm2) in order to have a good result without having a huge contrary with existing hair. I go check out the list of IAHRS, in case someone knows a good surgeon in Belgium/Netherlands anyone is most welcome to advice. Also any other advice what you would do in my situation is also appreciated ; as i know there are some hair veterans around here
