worried after my 3rd HT

I am now on my 3rd HT, the first 2 after promises there would be considerable grafts implanted in fact there was very little implanted (KSL UK). I am now on week 13 again and seeing still bald patches but my main concern is the puss spots on my donor area this time. I have just been on antibiotics supplied by the company (tetracyclane) and using Fucidin cream for 3 weeks now but it doesnt seem to be helping.
I visited the salon again today really worried because they told me dont be afraid to burst the pimples as its just the hair underneath struggling to get through but when i do theres like half a dozen hairs come out and i have various bald patches now on my donor area..the company are very evasive and dont really help now they have my money should i be making more of a fuss about this its really getting me down

Could you provide more information?
Who did your surgery?
Was it an FUT or FUE procedure?
If it was FUT did you have staples or sutures?
How many grafts did you have for each of your procedures?
Could you please post any images, this would be very helpful.
Pimples are normal. Are you talking about puss from the pimples or puss from an FUT scar which could be an issue for sure.
