Did my hair transplant doctor miss a spot?

I just received a hair transplant 15 days ago. I was classified as a Norwood 2 so 2003 hairs were transplanted and my question is did my doctor or the technicians not add enough follicles to the left area of my receding hairline or is this the result of loss of grafts from natural shedding after a hair transplant. If so, why is there a difference in density between the right and left sides? The doctor has done 20 hair transplant surgeries and two of the technicians had over 20 years of experience while the third one was being trained. Thank you in advance!

If it was only 15 days ago it's likely your transplanted hairs came out with the scabs. It will take them upto a year to grow back, either way for 15 days your head looks to be in remarkable shape, i'm nearing two months on mine and my head is still red from the procedure. I also have some localized loss on one side but not the other, however the initial transplants were even, it's just that ive lost more on one side. although you should expect upto 100% loss, then regrowth after 3 months
