My Nw0 Ht. Density, Color And Shape Issue

    Greetings.
I am 10months post-HT, approx 4300 grafts (told that inc. beard patch filling) added to the hairline to create nw0.
AFAIK i was not balding at all pre-HT but natural hairline was high. Hairline was light blond so appeared very sparse/balding.

    See attached for before/after

first row: just after HT, 10m post-HT
    second and third row: before/after
fourth row: coloring issue with new darker hair beside lighter pre-HT hair

Hairline looks unnatural now due to low density and darker color.

    - Should I need a second HT for density?
    - Opinions on shape/symmetry of new hairline?
    - I am 29, if I start TRT (testosterone) should I wait until signs of MPB before taking fin?
    - Should I begin a routine for hair preservation without signs of MPB?

Thanks and hope my post is useful for others to see

To be perfectly honest it looked a lot better before, your hairline looked great before. In my honest opinion, who ever performed the surgery has a low standard of ethics. In regards to how it looks now, I don't see much irregularity in the front and i see some gaps, if you compare your before pictures to now you can see the difference between nature and surgery, you will never be able to match natural density which could be up to 100fu per cm2 with a hair transplant, the highest density surgery is generally 50-60 fu per cm2 . Am I reading correctly that you transplanted 4,300 grafts to your hairline? You're 29 years old so you're fairly young, to be honest what has been done I find extremely unethical.

At this point what has been done has been done, I don't recommend having anymore surgeries to the hairline, I would go to a hair transplant doctor who can microscopically evaluate your hair for miniaturization, this will let you know if you have miniaturization, anything above 20% miniaturization could be an indicator of Male Pattern Baldness, if so you should begin medical therapy to conserve what you have.

What made you desire to get a HT ?

Save what you have , if your hair recedes , you're going to need those grafts at a later date

Your hair looked fine before the HT
