hi all,
I've had 4 hair surgeries; 2 with what I consider to be a moderate surgeon, and then 2 to more or less fix the problems created the first time around.
I'm very happy with the density, finally after 8 years. However, one aspect I am really not happy with is how the first surgeon placed some grafts below the corner of my temples, as well as across the hairline.
It's very weird, because I usually cut my hair short, (#2) on the sides and the area below the corners is just oddly shaped.
My barber just tried shaving all the hair off below the temple, and wow - it's a huge improvement.
I'm curious about two things.
1) Is it a standard practice to place grafts below the temple corners?
2) How does one deal with an unrealistic hairline? Should I look into graft removal or electrolysis?

The photo here isn't very good, but I think it demonstrates the strangeness of the hairline. You can see a round protrusion on the left side. Everything was buzzed to a 4 or so in this photo, with a week or so of growth.
