My 4 Years on Finasteride - When can I start considering a hair transplant?

Here is a link that I recently posted on Reddit which shows my hair over the course of 4 time points:

I wanted to get this forumns opinion on if they think I look stable to warrant an FUE of approximately 1,500 grafts to fill in the corners of my hairline/frontal third area.

Hasn't changed much but if you do a HT expect to do it more than once.

If it hasn't really changed in 4 years, can't I expect that to be the case for awhile if not permanently?

No most people even on propecia will continue to thin and recede over the course of 10 to 15 years. Maybe not a ton but you don't want to plan for the propecia working forever. Trust me before going for a HT be prepared to have a 2nd or even 3rd. Its very very rarely a one and done.
