    Did I dislodge my grafts?

I had FUE repair for my strip scar at the back of my head. At the night of Post Op Day 6, I scratched my recipient area with FINGERNAILS. And some scab came off. Some say there is blood if grafts come dislodged, but how much blood? Since my scar is at the back of my head, it's hard to know if it bleeds if there's just a small amount of blood. Also, some say it causes some pain. Again, how much pain? Is it possible to overlook it because it is not that painful?

No, you did not dislodge a graft. The amount of blood would be more than a smearing that you probably have seen already. It usually manifests as a small rivulet or trickle of blood.
