hey, just started using regenepure, Pura d'or and Avalon organics conditioner someone on another forum said he had good results using these but I sometimes lose a lot of hairs in the shower and have been on these for two weeks, is this normal to shed this many hairs in the shower?

I noticed with Regenepure I had a massive shed the first couple uses, someone mentioned that you should not use this every day, so I cut back to a couple times a week and have not had any real shedding outside of whats normal. Ive used Pura d'or myself on the other days and I've never had any shedding issues from it.Comment

heyy Wylie why is it bad to use everyday? That is my problem then I do use it everyday and for the past two weeks but I will probably switch to three times a week. Does it damage hair ?Comment
