Retrograde Alopecia and Finasteride?

Does anyone have any experience getting density back above the ears/nape from retrograde alopecia?

Currently on .5 MG Fin and 5% minox, as well as Nizoral.

I know everyone is different, but I am wondering if anyone personally has had success.
