Masterbation has nothing to do with hair loss at all.

Masturbation increases DHT. DHT causes hair loss. You don't lose hair because you masturbate, you simply increase DHT levels

Yes that's what exactly what I was referring to in my post thank you, so in the long run its going to ruin your hair by increasing DHT levels then?

It increases DHT temporarily by an incredibly small amount. It's never been shown to affect hair to any degree, that is a fact.

If you have MPB you're going to lose your hair even if you abstain from sex your entire life unless you're on treatment.
