Hey guy, new to the forum and was wondering if anyone can give me there opinion on my donor density for a potential hair transplant. Hair loss is mostly frontal and hairline with a small spot slowly getting bigger in the crown. I have been on propecia for 10 months now and haven't noticed anything positive or negative. Also using nizoral 4-5 times per week which has also not done anything for my hair.

10 months is still early days to judge Propecia, but if your hair loss isn't progressing, then it might be considered a success. I would continue with Propecia, if I were you.
Regarding your donor area, your photos aren't very good, and they don't really reveal anything. Even if the photos were excellent though, there is a real method to actually measure your donor density (not with photos).
Donor density is important, but there are other issues to consider too. In general, if you can completely avoid getting a hair transplant, that is usually the best option IMO. -

Your donor zone appears good in the photos and if the sides are similar then you are probably a candidate.Comment
