BLONDE HAIR - Considering Hair Transplant....... need advice

I'm 33yrs old and have been slowly thinning up top in the corners for a few years. I have been thinking about getting FUE and I also have blonde hair (wife calls it 'ash' blonde). My biggest concern is what the donor area will look like at the 14 day post op, because of blonde hair and fair skin. I'm very concerned on how noticeable it will be that I've had something done. I can take about 2 weeks off from work to get this done, but around day 14 I would need to go back into the office and my biggest fear is that people will notice.

I keep my hair fairly short on sides and back anyway, but the top I keep about 3 - 4 inches long. Also, the area I need the hair transplanted to is only in the front corners so I would hope that I would not need that area shaved so I could conceal some of the transplant area with existing hair - kind of like I already do today to mask some of the areas where I am thinning.

I don't know where I am on the NW scale, but if I had to guess I would say maybe around a '2'.

I am very similar coloring as you and I had an FUT 3.5 weeks ago. My skin does have that red, kind of cobblestone look in those hairline areas still. I am pretty tall and also notice that taller people notice it more than shorter people on me. I just try to wear a hat as much as possible but the healing is going very slowly.

it will be obvious that you have done a transplant. I have blonde hair just like you and my redness is going away now after 3-4 months.
