    hair transplant nw5-6

    Hello Guys.
I'm 26 yo, and im using only minox. Im nw5 to 6. And i decided to have a transplant. My family from both my mother and father havent got bigger than nw5 hairloss. My older brother such as my father have more hair than me. My biggest mistake was that Im using toppik and when I was younger ( 20-21 years old) I didnt wash it out hard enough during baths and a hard black layer created. When I scratched it off, most of my hair was gone with this layer. I never recovered since. I think that was the main reason why im in such a bad shape right now.i dont thik im gonna loose more hair. I need a big strip and after a fue surgery as they told me. I'm between dr. Bisanga and dr. Hasson. Which one do you think is the best? Dr bisanga told me i can have a big strip (4.000 -5.000 grafts) and a small fue (1.000-2.000) the next day. Whats your opinion? my donor area is good and i have thick hair. My goal is to be nw2-3. The biggest problem is that you're not on fin. Without it I would strongly say no to hasson or Bisanga. Chances are they will say the same.

You are a young man who is aggressively losing his hair, and are about to get a big strip taken out the back of your scalp without stabilizing it first. This sounds like a disaster.

KO1 does make a good point.
Hair transplantation could possibly go wrong for you,,no matter how good and qualified the doctor is.
                    Give this time Angel'

I can see what you mean. But i had side effects when i used fina. I might try o.50 - 0.25mg orally or i will use fina localy. I will have a consultation with the doctor first and then i will decide!
I think i will be at worst case senario nw6. No one in my family was nw7. And i think my situation is that bad cause of the wrong use of toppik. With minox im geting better but with a really slow tempo.

                        Absolutely Angel' !!
Consult with your doctor,,and if you have to get a second opinion from another doctor then do it.
Just do not stress yourself out over hair loss bro. Its not worth it.
Good to hear back from you.

Take a look at FUE then, I'd recommend Maras in Cyprus. You can still get FUT done without meds, but those are usually older guys, as there is the risk of sides dropping, donor thinning etc.

Yeah, I saw you were in Greece, hence Maras. Bisanga and Hasson are some of the best doctors, you have chosen well. I just wanted to make you aware of the risks, it may still turn out well.
