2150 FUE - Islamabad, 17/01/14

Hey guys

well my story...
i'm pretty much from a family of bald men. father had completely lost his hair in his late 20's, both younger siblings have lost/losing majority of their hair. Well I noticed thinning at the age of 17/18. I started keeping my hair short from 21 and over the years its gone shorter and shorter to keep up with the receding hairline and further loss.

My chosen surgeon was Dr Humayun Mohamed in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Unfortunately I only managed to get 2150 graft's, even though I felt I had a good donor - on the day of procedure the surgeon disagreed and the yield wasn't so great - 700 singles, 1200 doubles, 200 triples, and few quads

I am quiet disappointed for the 7months stage, was hoping for a lot more density but maybe am just a slow grower. I have been using minoxidil for the last 6months

Just keep a buzz cut. That would look far better.

Keep the buzz
besides 2150 grafts for your entire head isn't probably enough to give you the density you were expecting

Remember, at 7 months post-op, you still have some additional growth coming.

Let us know what the result looks like at 12 months or so post-op and wish you more decent growth along the way.
