Looking for FUE to finalize my hairline after 3 strips

I'll try to keep this pretty short.

I've been on these and other forums for about 7 years now. I'm 29 and had my first procedure done when I was 22, and since then I've had three. I've been on propecia and thankfully haven't lost any hair since then.

The first in 2008 was disappointing- but average, I got 1000 grafts put in along my hairline and temples.

In 2010 the second surgery was a tiny touchup, where the grafts didn't take - 200 hairs.

My third surgery filled in a lot of density behind my hairline, with a different doctor in 2012. But the surgeon didn't touch my temples, so the density is different there, and moderately pluggy looking - holdover from my first procedure (many 3-4 units).

I'm much less self conscious than I used to be, and my hair looks good in certain areas.

But I think I need a FUE procedure where I just buzz my head and the surgeon takes a careful approach to evening out the density, fills in the holes and smooths out a few pluggy looking areas with single hairs.

I live in El Paso, so all the good ones are super far.

Who can I start consulting with to get this show on the road? At the end of the day cost isn't an issue, and I'm even considering Dr. Erdogan in Turkey, but i would much rather stay closer to home if I could.

Thank you guys for all you do,

    Reno

In a nutshell, FUE performed by an experienced physician with a good eye and artistic sense should be able to give your hairline a more natural appearance.

How are your strip scar/scars? Could you post photos?

Any close up pics of your hairline and temporal lobe area would help to ascertain what range of graft count that you could use.
