Just wondering how many of you took MSM post-op? Did you notice any benefits? (faster healing, growth of your hair in the donor area etc.)

Did you already have the procedure? If so, I don't think there is a need or window period to wait, but that's my opinion.
I would check with your surgeon because not all them are an advocate of using MSM for the transplants."Gillenator"
