I made this thread because I'm also on the MD track. I just recently passed the USMLE Step 1 portion and I'm about to start the 72 week rotations in a week or two. I'm going to be taking Step 2 next June after my IM rotation so I can have the application into ERAS.
I'm curious as to when would be the best time to get a HT. I would like to meet somebody during rotations, and not till residency. I was hoping a physician could chime in and give me a good outline as to what would be the best way to go about this.
