Veterans, in your opinion , how many grafts do you think I would need for frontal and maybe the top.

here are the following estimates so far

The lower end guys probably just want to do your frontal third and hope that medication (or a future) procedure will rebuild your crown and midscalp.

Trouble is that you're a diffuse case and, whatever promises the clinics make, there's a very good chance that a transplant will kill a good portion of your existing hair... One step forward, two steps back.

I'm not a doctor, but I'd start with medication and then consider a few small FUE cases in areas that have little-to-no existing hair. Closely monitor the permanent shockloss rates and make decisions from there.

It sucks, I know, it really sucks but it's your head and your appearance. Be careful.
