The case presented today had originally gone to another hair transplant clinic 2 years prior having `1500 micro/mini grafts placed. He presented for consultation with me in December 2011 and in January 2012 underwent 1050 ultra refined follicular unit micrografts with excisional harvest and trichophytic closure.
Presented today are his original preop photos which show his previously planted minifrafts along his frontal hairline.His follow up photos from November 2012 showing both his transplanted zone as well as his trichophytic closure.
