Ridiculously good. With results like this possible there just has be to some well known hollywood actors that get HTs with H&W. Can you confirm this Joe?
Yellow smiley face for yes?
This guy is pretty much sorted but I bet given his excellent donor he'll be back for another pass at some stage. Hair greed will get you I hear. Very nice that his miniturisation pattern is showing it's hand now. He'll finish a 6. I would guess he'll lose a tad bit more in the crown were it will drop a little but it shouldn't take too many grafts. Might take ages for that to happen though.
Is this lucky son of a gun using finasteride or would it not make a difference? I've heard conflicting views about the use of finasteride with advanced norwoods.
Thanks for sharing. -

Answer to first answer very much appreciated. Awesome.
About the advanced norwoods, I've heard some say that if they are at or near to a 6 finasteride won't do much for them and it is not required. Others say that finasteride can actually have a benefit on the shaft thickness of the transplanted hair which actually surprised me. I actually understand that finasteride could help a donor remain thick and cover the scar better because for sure I've seen old men, where though the lateral humps may stay high, they actually begin to thin out uniformly in the donor? What are your thoughts on this Joe?
Also what are the different approaches for hair angulation to the scalp with hair transplantation do? Saw some people discussing this on another forum and I have some ideas in my head as to what different angulations would do but better to hear from an expert.Comment
