Wow, incredible! This is very similar to my hair loss, so it's very encouraging! I'm curious about the 1800 grafts - seems quite high for a relatively small receded area. Also, how old was the patient?

1800 because the patient has very fine hair calibre I think. With that in mind he needed such numbers to achieve natural looking density. Also I imagine he's not headed to norwood 6 so 1800 is fine.
