Needles and a CTS blade were pierced to create slits, while motorized punches were employed for scoring. In addition, grafts were gathered with forceps and promptly inserted into the recipient area using Sava implanters during the hair transplant. - In this gentleman's case, we initially decided to adopt a two-step approach to treat his baldness.
- The first surgery session took place in July 2022, during which we implanted 6,005 grafts using the DHT technique to restore the patient’s hairline, mid-scalp, and crown areas.
- The second session occurred in June 2023, where we implanted 2,203 grafts to increase density in the mid-scalp and crown regions.
