"Dave" Dr. Wong Patient - The Video Series

I think this is a first in hair restoration documentation but I could be wrong. "Dave" came to Dr. Wong to have a hair transplant a few years ago. In our discussions leading up to his procedure we discussed my own website and how it helped him with his decision making process. It was then that Dave and I came up with the idea to take the documentation process to the next level and document everything with video.

This is the first in several videos I'll upload over the next few weeks. The videos series wil start with the first video where Dave discusses his history. The series will include the following:

1.) History
2.) Goals
3.) The journey to Vancouver
4.) The procedure
5.) The day after and first hair wash at the clinic
6.) Successive videos showing each day post-op for 8 days.
7.) Successive videos showing the first 8 months.
8.) Final video showing 1 year results and a hair cut by his barber.

Dave and his wife just came off of a month long trip before they left for Vancouver so Dave was exhausted when this video began.

Here in part VI of Dave's video diary the procedure is complete and he gets a few post-op instructions and a final chat with Dr. Wong.


Part VII has Dave back at the hotel after his procedure.


Part VIII - This is the first morning after surgery. Dave talks about sleeping during the first night after surgery and goes back to the clinic to get his first hair wash then on to the airport.


Part IX - Dave is headed home.


Part X - Dave shows his progress at day 3, 4 and 5.


Part XI - Day 6 and 8 and Dave finally gets his staples out!


Part XII - Day 9 and Dave's first hair cut.


Part XIII - Days 17 and 23 post-op progress report.


Part XIV - Dave hits the one month post-op mark and talks about the latest developments.

Glad you like, Payday. It would be great if more people did this, I agree. I suspect that it would be tough for most people to find the time to do this properly. One can hope though
