This is a Chinese gentleman with a class 3 hair loss who received 1725 grafts at the hair line. Please notice that even with 1725 grafts with the great coverage that he got. the hair line design is based on his own facial features so it looks very natural. The density is great. It frames the face very well and is age-appropriate. The hair line looks very natural and undetectable that he had any transplant done.
I would like to stress very important factors.
1. The design - Hair line design is based on facial features, including where the lateral part of the eyes sits, how people view hair lines as natural, and the amount of donor area somebody has. In this case, you could see that the design is very natural and frames his face very well. It is undetectable that he even had a hair transplant.
2. The actual hair line is composed of single hair follicles placed in a special manner that it makes it undetectable that anything was done. The hair line is not straight and there's no 2's or 3's at the hair line.
3. Density - Behind the hair lines, high number of 3's and 2's are used to create a very nice density.
4. High graft survivability - By performing one case a day, and performing as much as the grafts in the direct implantation method (DHI), we can insure high graft survivability.
