A work in progress by Dr. Lindsey McLean VA

This nice fellow had a number of bad plug procedures way back. He's been wearing a hair piece and spending untold amounts on supplements/lasers/potions and lotions.

In April, we did about 2100 grafts to address the frontal region with significant placement occuring between the plugs up front. I think he was able to wait a full week before restarting the hairpiece and 6 months to the date postop, we did a second strip of 2300. Closure was extremely tight....and we waited until day 10 to remove sutures(longer than my usual). In the interim, he emailed me about wearing the hairpiece, but I think he followed my advice to avoid it until sutures were removed. But, he did get a haircut sometime around day 7.

Shown are April pics, a July pic, and this surgery's pics. He is getting some early growth up front. I think he probably has one more smallish strip in him and then some FUES are an option. Hell be back around Christmas for pictures which I'll post.
