This 33 year old patient came to us for hairline correction and density improvement

Patient History:

Previously done 2 hair transplants from other clinics

• First Hair Transplant in 2016 from another clinic, 2000 FUE grafts. The patient was not satisfied with unnatural looking, hairline, pluggy grafts and low density.

• Second hair transplant in 2017, 1500 grafts were implanted, as per patient statement hairline went more unnatural, straight and pluggy than previous one.

Challenges:

• Extraction of wrongly placed grafts from the hairline

• Hairline redesigning

• Interstitial graft implantation to fix plugy impressions

• Density Improvement at sparse areas

• Depleted donor density due to previously done FUE extractions

Procedure:

Combination of FUT + FUE, in order to correct the hairline and to cover the maximum area in a single session
