    FUE performed on a 47-year old Caucasian male with
    • NW V Vertex
    • Donor density of 88 FU/cm² occipital, 88 FU/cm² parietal, 80 FU/cm² temporal
    • Hair diameter of ~50-58 microns


    Treatment plan
    Follicular Unit Extraction 1 to attain an aesthetic reconstruction of the hairline and 2 to rethicken the crown area.

    Performed procedures
    1st FUE (April 27, 2017) - hairline
    Follicular Unit Extraction with 3015 FU:
    * 512 single hair FU
    * 1580 double hair FU
    * 923 triple hair FU
    HGI: 2,14
    Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (Cutting Edge blades of 0.7-0.9mm).
    Extraction performed with a 0.85 mm FUE punch with CIT Manual Punch Handle.

    2nd FUE (October 2, 2018) - crown area
    Follicular Unit Extraction with 2541 FU:
    * 181 single hair FU
    * 1280 double hair FU
    * 1060 double hair FU
    HGI: 2,35
    Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (Cutting Edge blades of 0.7-0.9 mm).
    Extraction performed by WAW-system with a 0.85 mm serrated trumpet punch.

    No microscopic preparation of the follicular unit grafts.
