Dr. Jeffrey Epstein / Revision Procedure / 500 grafts FUE punch removal

Seen here is before, 3 days after, 2 months after, and 1 year after a FUE punch removal procedure of 500 prior placed unaesthetic large grafts to the hairline. I describe this punch removal technique in my article entitled "Different options in revision surgical hair restoration" that appeared on the cover of the May/June 2010 issue of Hair Transplant Forum International.

Have you looked into Acell as well for potential scarring?
What about suturing the holes closed?

Does this method also work for pitting?

      Re: Potential Scarring

If there was a need to reduce scarring, then the regenerative matrix Acell would potentially be indicated. However, given how small and how well these 0.8 and 1.0mm sized holes heal up, suturing nor Acell is indicated
