Here is a 34 year old patient of mine who received 2914 grafts via FUT to the frontal scalp, mid scalp, and crown. I discussed the pros and cons of FUT versus FUE and this patient decided to undergo FUT. The majority of my patient's opt to undergo FUE but I still feel it is important to go over both harvesting techniques in depth, so that the patient can make the decision which works best for them.
This patient should see some increased cosmetic density over the next 3-5 months as the hairs thicken in caliber, but he is already thrilled with his results.
