Greetings,
Here is a patient of mine who previously underwent a strip procedure (FUT) from another local physician and was unhappy with his results and the strip scar. He presented to me wanted more density in the previously transplanted hairline and frontal scalp and wanting grafts placed into the strip scar to allow him to cut his hair shorter.
Approximately 1550 grafts were placed in the frontal scalp and about 200 grafts placed into the previous strip scar. The grafts were extracted by me personally with a 0.85mm motorized punch tip. I always perform all my FUE extractions personally and do not delegate this to a medical assistant, as it is a crucial step in a successful hair transplant procedure.
The results are shown after 1 year. The patient is thrilled with his results.
